COMPASS Youth Collaborative connects with high risk youth wherever they are. We engage them in relationships to provide supports and opportunities that help them become ready, willing, and able to succeed in education, employment, and life.

COMPASS Youth Collaborative, Inc. offers positive youth development programs to support and enhance students' academic success in a seamless transition. We serve youth between the ages of 5 - 17 and provide educational, cultural, community service learning and recreational programming through our three school based programs, and through COMPASS Peacebuilders.
